Read our transparency report to learn 2019 • Friendsthe one I really like from this mall is because they have a lot of branded tenants.. and it's clean enough,.. I like clean restroom...and here are the list of the poor services of this mall-> Parking area., the sign are unclear, and no parking officer at all giving the directions, 1 important suggestion from me... do not ever try to park near the entrance.. once you don't get the parking space, there is no way back to seek for other parking area because you're forced to go to the exit gate-> Staffs., for God sake., they are robots., they don't event care about the surrounding except their Job desk-> Stupid visitors., Visitors don't know how to use escalator properly, they all will stand on both side, they don't know if the right lane is dedicated for people in rush., Visitors don't know how to use Lift properly, they all will press both up or down button and will stepping in no matter the lift is still going up, or going down... very stupid people... and on top of that....
